Geotechnical Consultants, Inc. was chartered by the state
of Texas on February 1, 1994. Our professional staff acquired Trinity
Testing Laboratories' San Antonio branch office which was
established in 1990. Merger with John W. Dougherty and Associates, Inc.
in January 1997 combined all engineering and testing services into a
single company. We offer a wide range of engineering services encompassing geotechnical and structural engineering, construction materials engineering and testing, and forensic engineering. Our staff of engineers are licensed, civil engineers and are experienced in geotechnical, structural, and materials engineering. Laboratory technicians are certified by the National Institute of Certification for Engineering Technologies.
