Sarah S. Hancock-Gamez,
P.E. Mrs. Hanccock-Gamez received
her degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San
Antonio. She is president of Geotechnical Consultants, Inc. and has
twelve years experience in structural geotechnical engineering comprising
subsurface., foundation and underpinning evaluations and soil testing.
Mrs. Hancock-Gamez is an active member and past president of the North
Central Rotary Club 2003-2004. She is active in the South Presa
Community Center board of directors where she serves as president
2004-2005.

John W. Dougherty,
P.E.
Mr. Dougherty received his undergraduate
and masters degrees from Cornell University. He served ten years in the
U.S. Marine Corps and has an additional thirty-six years of world wide
experience in the structural geotechnical engineering, construction
materials engineering, materials testing, and engineering
management. Mr. Dougherty has been active in the South Texas Region
since 1982. He is an adjunct faculty member teaching
geotechnical and foundation engineering at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Michael P. Dougherty, C.E.T. and Richard Newsom C.E.T.
Mr. Dougherty and Mr. Newsom
are both certified ACI concrete technicians. They have fourteen and nine years experience, respectively, in asphalt,
concrete, and soil testing.
